This year’s ASDW, is taking place on 1-4 October 2023 under the theme of “Sustainable Solutions for the Future: embracing resilience, adaptability, and progress in the ever-evolving Arab world”.
In recent years, the Arab world has witnessed remarkable advancements in various sectors, making it a region of great promise and potential. To further harness these opportunities and address the challenges faced by our communities, ASDW 2023 focuses on integrating multiple pillars crucial to sustainable development. The chosen pillars, namely Technology, Climate, Finance, Food Security, Conflict-Affected Regions, Business and Charity, Humanitarian Affairs, Sustainable Tourism, and Arab-Arab Entities Cooperation, have been thoughtfully selected to align with the current needs and aspirations of the Arab nations. By integrating these pillars, we aim to foster comprehensive and holistic approaches to sustainable development that not only contribute to economic growth but also promote social inclusion and environmental stewardship.
